Down jackets are generally made of high-density waterproof fabrics, ordinary woven fabrics, and high-density polyester taffeta.

First, the high-density waterproof fabric is fused with the surface fabric at high temperature to reduce the post-treatment process of fabric gap, so as to improve the down proof property of down jacket. Secondly, the high-density polyester taffeta is a 300t polyester taffeta commonly used in down jackets. It is the most active down jacket fabric in the current market. It is common in coarse twills, and the wholesale price of fabric is also relatively high.
